The CoTCCC, or the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, is responsible for developing and regularly updating the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines. Established in 2001, this multidisciplinary committee comprises combat medics, Special Operations Forces, researchers, and trauma surgeons, among other experts.
